Context

I completed this project as part of an interview for a job in an advertising agency. The time available for the project was of approximately two days.

Problem

These are the requirements specified by the managers in the requirements sheet:
For a company that produces cosmetics, design the following advertising items:
  • Name, Logo, Slogan
  • Personalized sheets and envelopes
  • Leaflet or sticker with company's products
  • Company visiting-cardANNA logo

Solution

ANNA - package visual designAfter a short analysis of a market dominated by a few super-brands like Nivea, L'Oreal, Avon, Sephora and complemented by a number of other medium-sized and small brands, I attempted finding a niche less saturated, by building a special brand statement:
Anna is the delicate, discretely mysterious young woman with soft, fragile features that unite in a distinctive beauty. She is special, so she needs special care. There are secrets hiding behind her distinct beauty and finesse. There are some things that are her and hers alone.
